Hello friends. Welcome to LipstickRules, a blog about, well, lipstick…among other things. My name is Michelle Mullins. I’m a wife/mother/career woman, and in my spare time, I blog about my obsession with lipstick, makeup and life. Since starting this blog in 2009, I have been quoted in the National Post, Montreal Gazette, and Vancouver Sun.
