Lipstick Diary: Kiss for the Cure by Caryl Baker Visage
Remember yesterday’s post when I couldn’t remember the name of the lipstick I was reviewing? Well, I’m determined not to let this happen anymore so I’m going to borrow an idea from other blogs and start my very own Lipstick Diary. Follow me on Instagram (michelle_LipstickRules) and you’ll get a sneak peek of my daily lipstick adventures. In the meantime, here’s today’s installment.
The lipstick of choice this time round is Kiss for the Cure by Canadian brand, Caryl Baker Visage. I’ve been wearing this a lot lately. A lot. This pinky berry shade has a touch of red to make it really interesting to wear, and very flattering. Paired with the Kissable (LE) lip gloss, it’s perfection. J’adore. The two products came together in a kit that was released for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
I can’t get enough of this combination.
The lipstick is creamy and easy to apply. It does have that cheap lipstick smell, though this is by no means a cheap lipstick priced at $18. I can get over the smell because the colour is just so gorgeous, and the gloss, which has a coral red undertone, is divine and not sticky.
Based on my experience with these two products, I’m intrigued to try out other colours from Caryl Baker Visage.
What lipstick or gloss is rocking your world today?
