So You Think You Love Lipstick?
I certainly do. Here’s proof.
I’ve been missing in action lately. Part of my time away has been devoted to organizing my household, including trying to get a better grip on what I call my, *ahem*, make-up situation.
I found products to donate, products to give to friends and family, and products that I forgot I had. And when I started cleaning out purses, boxes and drawers – I found many, many a forgotten or unused lipstick and gloss. All of these were dumped into this box, and the end result was astounding even to me. Remember folks, this does not even include the products that are in my current rotation. That box is equally as full as this.
This is not meant to be a show-off post. This is a confession. I am living up to my name. I have lipstick issues.
So…what’s the number for lipstick hoarder anonymous?

NICE! Kind of looks like my old blush collection lol!
They meet Tuesdays. Wednesdays is my day-blush addict day. We have cookies. The lip addicts don’t have snacks and use straws to drink, so they’re not as much fun I warn you.

lol. I have makeup issues – and too much of everything. But I love it. Even if I got rid of everything today, I will still end up with too much of everything again. Might as well embrace it!

Oh wow Michelle, that’s a lot of lipsticks LOL
I have to organize my makeup ASAP as well. When I started blogging 10-11 months ago my stash was completely reasonable, but now it’s really getting out of hand. I have to make a trip to IKEA soon and buy one of those organizers so everything can have a home, and I won’t have to dig around like mad in the morning (the agony of: ah I have this perfect blush somewhere I can’t find!!!)!

Oh I feel ya on this one. I need to start slapping some dates on my lipcolors bc with so many, I could still have some in there from 1989 for all I know!! Impressive stash Michelle, impressive.

My lipstick collection is beginning to look something like that too. Although, I try to think of it as literally making a collection, like how people collect stamps
