MAC See Sheer Lipstick Makes Me Feel ‘Springy’
It’s MAC lipstick ruling my world this week as I rediscovered another old favorite today: See Sheer. This lipstick is a Lustre finish and is described as ‘pinked grapefruit.’ The colour looks orange in the tube but as a lustre, it is a pretty pinky coral — perfect for Spring.
The weather in Toronto is indeed finally Spring-like — it’s been great not having to wear lined boots and parkas! We ventured out to the Sugarbush today to see how Maple Syrup is made. It was chaos as it is March Break and the place was packed. We didn’t stay long as there were too many people for us to enjoy the place properly. Anyway, for the Sugarbush visit, I kept my makeup simple.
To create a glowy look, I mixed NARS Orgasm Iluminator with NARS SheerGlow Foundation. Not sure if you can see in this picture but I do think my skin was glowy today. It is my new favorite way to wear the Illuminator.
On the cheeks, Optomistic Orange by MAC and Laguna Bronzer by NARS. Eyes feature a shimmery beige liquid shadow by Bourjois (can’t remember the name!) and Ohmygoth (Annabelle) liner on the lower waterline. On the lips, See Sheer.

Thanks everyone! Gotta love the faux glow courtesy of Sheer Glow and Illuminator. Glowy but not greasy works for me! LOL.

Beautiful! It really brightens up your face. Lustre finish is my favourite from the MAC line. It's great for the times when you don't have a mirror to look at and a quick swipe is all you can manage.
I can also bump up the coverage by using a lipliner underneath it.
