Toronto Beauty Bloggers Meet-up – Part 1

After much anticipation, the very first ever Toronto Beauty Bloggers Meet-up took place this past Sunday. Twenty-five of us, bloggers and some company reps, attended the event which was held at Milestone’s restaurant in downtown Toronto. The ever-beautiful Farah was the organizer extraordinaire who not only got us all together and organized the logistics — she also pulled together amazing swag bags for the blog attendees.Companies including CoverFX, Marcelle/Annabelle, FaceAtelier, Cargo and many more donated goodies for all the girls attending and also provided gift baskets that were raffled off. No one left empty handed!

Some familiar faces were there including of course, Farah, Jenn, Naomi, and Lelo. I was thrilled to finally meet Nadia, Anjali, Nancy, Isabel, Karyn, Sarah and so many others! I wish we all had more time to talk. Everyone I met was so super-sweet and friendly. We were all grinning throughout the event and at the end. And of course, no makeup event could end without a shopping trip.

After noshing on some yummy brunch items, we ended at the MAC Pro Store on Queen St. where many of us holding our pink goodie bags marched in and did some hauling.

I think I’ve found some great new friends. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
